Salary
USD 10,000 annually, with monthly payouts complemented by performance-based commissions
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening processes to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit.
- Client Matching: Match qualified candidates with suitable remote job opportunities, ensuring a seamless and beneficial connection between remote workers and employers.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and employers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Market Insight: Keeping on top of job market trends and the remote work sector to provide informed recommendations and strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to share insights, strategies, and success stories, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Recruitment preferred.
- Remote Work Proficiency: Comfortable and effective at working remotely, with a proven ability to operate independently.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making data-driven decisions.
- Networking: Excellent networking skills, with a talent for connecting with people and building relationships.
- Customer Service: A strong customer service orientation, dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of both candidates and employers.
- Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
